The word 'transpersonal' literally means to explore states or areas of consciousness that are beyond the confines or limits of the personal - the ego, identity, labels, etc. As a holistic practitioner, I explore both the personal and the transpersonal - and those third and fourth and fifth perspectives around the duality that the personal-transpersonal lens may seem to lend itself to.
